At Kiraana Stores Online, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our refund and return terms carefully.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Accepted Returns:

    • Damaged or defective items.

    • Expired products.

    • Wrong items delivered.

  • Not Accepted:

    • Fresh produce, dairy, and other perishables (unless spoiled/damaged).

    • Opened/used products (unless defective).

2. Process for Returns

  • Raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide order ID, invoice, and pictures of damaged items.

  • Items must be in original packaging.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds will be initiated once returned items are verified.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • For COD orders, refunds will be provided via UPI/Bank Transfer.

4. Exchanges

  • If a product is available in stock, you may opt for a replacement instead of a refund.
