Exchange or return of goods

  • If you receive damaged, expired, or incorrect items, you can request an exchange or return within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Products must be returned in their original condition (sealed packaging, invoice, and receipt).
  • Perishable items (fresh fruits, vegetables, dairy, etc.) are not eligible for return unless delivered in damaged condition.
  • Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method as per standard timelines.
