1. Eligibility for Returns

Accepted Returns:

Damaged or defective items.

Expired products.

Wrong items delivered.

Fresh produce, dairy, and other perishables (unless spoiled/damaged).

Opened/used products (unless defective).

2. Process for Returns

Raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide order ID, invoice, and pictures of damaged items.

Items must be in original packaging.
3. Refunds

Refunds will be initiated once returned items are verified.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

For COD orders, refunds will be provided via UPI/Bank Transfer.
4. Exchanges

If a product is available in stock, you may opt for a replacement instead of a refund.
