1. Delivery Coverage

  • Our services are currently available in select areas of Mainpuri, U.P., India, and expanding gradually.

  • Delivery availability depends on the store location and service radius.


2. Delivery Timelines

  • Standard Delivery: Within 2–6 hours of order confirmation.

  • Same-Day Delivery: Available for select stores and locations if orders are placed before 2:00 PM.

  • Scheduled Delivery: Customers can choose a preferred delivery slot at checkout (where available).

⏳ Please note that delivery timelines may vary during peak hours, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances (traffic, weather, or store delays).


3. Delivery Charges

  • Free Delivery is available for orders above the minimum order value set by the respective store.

  • For smaller orders, a nominal delivery fee applies.

  • Delivery charges (if any) will be clearly displayed at checkout.


4. Order Processing

  1. Place Your Order: Select items from your nearest kirana store.

  2. Order Confirmation: Receive an SMS/Email confirmation with order details.

  3. Packing & Dispatch: The store prepares your order and hands it to our delivery partner.

  4. Delivery: Our partner delivers your items safely to your doorstep.


5. Self Pick-Up Option

  • Customers may choose “Pick-Up from Store” at checkout.

  • Orders will be ready within the specified time window, and the customer must present the order ID/confirmation at the store.


6. Delivery Restrictions

  • Perishable items such as fresh produce may be subject to delivery timing limits.

  • Orders placed outside business hours will be processed on the next working day.


7. Failed Deliveries

  • If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, our delivery partner will attempt to contact you.

  • If delivery is unsuccessful:

    • You may reschedule the delivery (additional charges may apply).

    • Or collect the order directly from the store.


8. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide a complete and accurate delivery address.

  • Ensure availability to receive the order during the selected delivery slot.

  • Inspect items upon delivery and raise concerns (if any) within 24 hours.
