  • Payment methods: UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, COD (where available).

  • Order confirmation is subject to availability and verification.

4. Delivery

  • Standard delivery time: 2–6 hours, depending on location.

  • Delivery charges may apply for small orders.

  • Self-pickup option available at participating stores.

5. Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, but return/exchange may apply.

6. User Responsibilities

  • Do not misuse the platform or provide false information.

  • Respect delivery agents and store partners.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We facilitate transactions but are not directly responsible for product quality beyond what is provided by the store.

  • Delays, shortages, or damages caused by third-party logistics are beyond our liability.
